REFUND POLICY

At Stringometry Art Studio we try out upmost to present a true and accurate likeness of our artworks through imagery on our website. Stringometry artworks are non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy*, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of another art work. Please note exchanges are only applicable on artworks of an equivalent value or more (buyers are liable for any price difference and return shipping costs).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@stringometry.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your artwork upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Please note damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
